Spanner in the works
Just as things were starting to get better with the training, Sylvia was admitted to hospital with abdominal pain, and was found to have an incisional hernia.
She is home now, and is waiting for a hernia repair. This means a bit of rest over the next few days.
To keep her occupied the calendar is being designed on Monday and hopefully off to print next week.

Training
Well the time is quickly moving on, I seem to have the 'eating' part of my training down to a tee, but without having done much riding!!!
So, as told by Mr Jon Baker, I have "pulled my finger out".........two 20 mile rides out to Borth and back in the last few days......not really aching, my back did on the first ride out, ? bad position ?just not being used to it....we'll have to see.
At work for the next few days, so really only going to be able to ride in, as I'm lightless, and its quite dark at night now can't do the ride home.
Got next week off, so look at doing another couple of Borth loops......aiming to get to Machynlleth and back by Christmas.

Calendar & more.....
Thanks firstly to Erica, for doing such a fantastic job. I know it hasn't been easy, and with my continual changes, you have truly been a star. The Calendar wouldn't be as great as it is without you.
Mr Robert Read, you are also amazing. I am still very humbled (and eternally grateful) by your support, and also without you, the calendar wouldn't exist. As you've probably gathered, a successful meet with Cambrian Printers....systems all go as of now.
Al, at Pixelwave Design.......for making the calendar utterly fabulous, in more ways than one ;oP
So much to be grateful for, as I've said, this has been an immensely humbling experience, and one I shall remember for a long time, (and hopefully one you'll remember for at least the next 12 months ;o))
Everything looks set for the calendar to go to print by next week, watch this space..............
